Ziggy And Mac Have New Homes!

In addition to providing business support to animal welfare organisations, Charity Buddy also offers support for animal rehoming. We recently helped find new homes for older dogs, Ziggy and Mac, and we thought it would be nice to let you know that they have settled in well. Between these two dogs, over 70,000 people saw their details online, and we received some wonderful applications from potential adopters.

Our process required an online application form, telephone interview for shortlisted applicants, and a physical home check. We are delighted that both dogs have been found permanent homes with retired couples who will be with them full time, and who will give them plenty of love and affection. In both cases we found it difficult to shortlist applications, so we are sorry to those that applied and weren’t successful on this occasion, but we are very grateful to everyone who shared our posts and offered to help. Thanks everyone, and let’s hope we can continue to help more of our furry friends into loving homes.
